SAITEX AG-H

AGGLOMERATE abrasive cloth

Cloth with agglomerate aluminium oxide abrasive, full resin bonded with active additives, on polyester.

The specifications are used in progression on multi-head machines, making it possible to obtain finishes correlated to the reference grain size (micro-grain) with extremely high lifetimes and correlated to the number of micro-grains contained in the agglomerate (macro-grain) - e.g.: in a 320 grit macro-grain there are more than three thousand individual abrasive grains.

Suitable for flat surfaces, rectangular and circular sections depending on the machine used.

Dry and wet use.

Strengths of the agglomerate abrasive:

- Extremely long life due to the latest generation of agglomerate macro-grain

- Uniform stock removal

- Constant surface quality and roughness

- Self-sharpening thanks to the open coating of the macro-grain
